These two inductors are the exact same size and value as the factory inductors and will restore your range if you have fried yours.

  • Team AtomicMods Comments:A very common XMOD Generation 1 problem is poor range resulting from fried inductors. If you let the antenna wire touch power, it will usually fry the two inductors in series with the antenna. A car with this problem will usually have around 6 feet of range, give or take, and sometimes you can see visible damage to the inductor, but not always.

    I am often asked if these will improve range beyond stock, and the answer is no. They will restore your range to factory standards, but not improve it beyond that. You only need these if your factory inductors are toast.

    These were tough to find and after months of scouring the earth, I could only find one vendor and I had to buy 1000 of them and wait 60 days for them to be made. That was a hassle, but I have plenty of them now:) - Rob
