Lithium Safe 7.4v 500mAh Auto charger Instructions

Specifications:
Input Voltage range: DC 12~15V (12V battery source or DC power supply)
Only charge 7.4V Li-Battery (Li-ion & Polymer), capacity of 500mah and above.

Rate Settings:
Charge rate can be adjusted with the H/L switch:
H 0.70Ah (not recommended)
L 0.47Ah (best rate for charging Lithium cells)

Self Test:
Connect to the 12v power source, and both lights will turn on for a few seconds. The output light will turn off while the input light stays on. This indicates a normally functioning charger.

Charging:
While charging, the red light turns on. After the charge cycle is completed, the green light will turn on.

Troubleshooting:
1) If the POWER indicator does not turn on, this indicates the DC 12V source may not be working.
2) After inserting the Li-Battery (Li-ion & Polymer), if the charger red light blinks, it indicates the voltage of the battery pack is under 6V. In this case, the charger will try to charge the battery with 20mA of current to bring it out of the low voltage state. If the red light does not change back to turn-on state in 30 minutes, the batteries are toast and should be replaced.

Not Working? We have sold thousands of these chargers and have had less than a dozen come back. If you think you have a bad charger, double check your power source and your batteries. Chances are the problem lies elsewhere as these are very reliable chargers.
